Welcome to ClarityVerify. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services—including but not limited to reverse phone lookup, reverse image search, and other lookup and verification features as made available from time to time—as well as subscriptions, purchases, and related features (collectively "Services"). Accessing or using our Services means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services. You must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws to use our Services. We may update these Terms at any time; updates take effect when posted or notified to you, and your continued use of the Services means you accept them.

You agree that any disputes will be handled individually—no class, collective, or representative actions are allowed. Arbitration or other legal proceedings must be individual-only. This waiver is an essential part of these Terms; if it's deemed invalid in any jurisdiction, the rest of the Terms still apply.

Our Services provide reports using publicly available and licensed data, which may include names, addresses, email addresses, social profiles, family relations, and location history. For facial image search features, reports are generated based on images submitted by you; such images are processed solely to fulfill your search request and are not retained or used for any other purpose. Accuracy is not guaranteed. The Services are for informational purposes only—not for critical decisions like legal, financial, or employment matters. If you rely on them, you do so at your own risk.

IMPORTANT: ClarityVerify is not a consumer reporting agency (CRA) and does not provide 'consumer reports.' You may not use our Services for any purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), including but not limited to employment, tenant screening, insurance underwriting, or credit assessment.

You must provide a valid email address to complete your purchase and create your account. Your email address will be used to access your account and manage your purchases. Pricing and payment details will be displayed before purchase. You are responsible for securing your email account and account access information. Do not share your account access with others. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact support immediately. Unauthorized use may result in account suspension. Creating multiple accounts or sharing account access is prohibited without our consent. You can request account deletion through our designated webpage; after verification, all associated data will be permanently removed.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reverse engineering, scraping, unauthorized distribution, or disruption of the Services is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Content from the Services is provided “as-is” and may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. It’s not a substitute for professional advice. You may not distribute or resell content without written permission. Contact support if you find inaccurate data; we’ll review requests in good faith but aren't obligated to make corrections.

Results returned by facial image search are generated by automated systems and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should not rely on such results to make decisions about any individual's identity. ClarityVerify expressly disclaims any liability for actions taken based on facial search results.

If you post any contributions (text, images, feedback, etc.), you affirm they don't infringe any rights and you have permission to share them. No offensive, illegal, or malicious content is allowed. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and repurpose your contributions. We may review, remove, or refuse any content at our discretion.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, facial images or other biometric data submitted solely for the purpose of using a search feature are expressly excluded from the content license granted in this section. Such data is governed exclusively by our Privacy Policy.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services or these Terms at any time without notice. This includes pricing, features, and access permissions. We enforce compliance as we see fit. All intellectual property rights remain ours or our licensors'.

Monthly subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees (including applicable taxes) to your selected payment method at the start of each billing cycle. You will receive advance notification of upcoming charges where required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or our Cancellation Hub. One-time add-on services and pay-as-you-go credit purchases are non-recurring and will not auto-renew.

ou may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings, the Cancellation Hub, or the instructions in your welcome email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you will retain access to your plan and accumulated credits until that date. Subscription fees paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable once the cycle has begun. Unused rollover credits remaining at the time of cancellation will expire at the end of your final billing cycle and are not redeemable for cash. Pay-as-you-go credit purchases and one-time add-on services are final and non-refundable upon purchase, except where required by applicable law. Refunds for documented technical failures preventing service delivery may be considered within 30 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis. You must use our Services lawfully and ethically—not for harassment, defamation, stalking, or identity theft. Unauthorized data sharing or misuse is prohibited. You bear all responsibility for your usage.

You must not use the Services for purposes governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), including employment, tenant screening, or credit eligibility. Automated data extraction, hacking, impersonation, or service disruption is strictly prohibited.

You may not use facial image search features to identify, track, or surveil individuals without their knowledge or consent, to target individuals based on their appearance, or in any manner that violates applicable biometric privacy laws (including but not limited to the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), Texas CUBI, and Washington My Health MY Data Act).

You agree to indemnify and defend ClarityVerify and affiliated parties against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services, breach of the Terms, or misuse of data. This obligation survives termination.

ClarityVerify and its affiliates are not liable for any damages (direct or indirect) from use or inability to use the Services, including data loss, business interruption, or report inaccuracies. Our liability cannot exceed the amount you paid in the six months preceding a claim—or $100 if no payment was made.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties—express or implied. Where prohibited by law, some exclusions may not apply. Unauthorized use may lead to injunctive relief.

Intellectual Property: All rights reserved. The Services' content remains our property.Severability: If any term is found invalid, the rest remains in force.Entire Agreement: These Terms (including incorporated policies) are the full agreement. Modifications must be written and signed. Continued use implies acceptance.Headings are for convenience only and carry no legal weight.Waiver: No failure or delay in enforcing rights is a waiver unless in writing.

All our products include taxes. Due to differences in local regulations, third-party payment policies, and currency exchange rate fluctuations, the actual tax amount charged may slightly differ from the tax amount shown at checkout. Regardless of the final tax amount, all applicable taxes are already included in the product price, and no additional payment is required from users.
